Your Safety Is Our Priority

We have always taken measures to ensure our restaurant is clean and safe for our employees and our guests. In this new season, we are even more conscientious about keeping our restaurant safer than ever for everyone. In accordance with, and in addition to, Colorado and Larimer County guidelines, we are doing the following:

  • Healthy Employees: Every member of our team is screened prior to beginning their shift to ensure everyone is healthy and ready to provide to you the best, and safest, service.
  • Capacity: Seating is reduced to 50% and tables are limited to eight guests. Our indoor waiting area is also restricted, and we request that those waiting to be seated do so outside.
  • Personal Space: We make a conscious effort to minimize close contact as much as is possible by allowing personal space for our team and guests. We use dividers to create more space between tables, and we also have floor markers to encourage one-way flow when possible.
  • Cleaning: We deep clean after closing every day, and ensure that high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, restroom surfaces, and the host area are sanitized throughout the day. Dining tables and chairs are thoroughly disinfected after every use.
  • Condiments: Condiments are removed from the tables to limit handling. Single-use condiments are available upon request.
  • Menu: To minimize contact, our menu is available online or by using your mobile device to scan the QR code on your table and posted near the entrance. Single-use menus are available upon request.
  • Clean Hands: Employees are required to wash their hands at the start of their shift and routinely throughout their shift. Guests have access to soap in the bathrooms, and hand sanitizer is freely available for use in specific locations in the restaurant.
  • Masks & Gloves: Each team member wears a mask and gloves to protect against the spread of germs. We require that gloves be changed multiple times throughout the day.
  • No-contact Pickup: Curbside pickup is available using the reserved parking spaces in the east parking lot. You may also come in to grab your order.

How can I protect myself and others?
